Guided by clause 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:
To award the following employees of Azerbaijan National Conservatory on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Conservatory and for services in the development of national music education in Azerbaijan with:

Note that, Siyavush Karimi is also Secretary of the Republican Union of Cinematographers.
