The name of the next holder of the scholarship named after Rasim Ojagov, established by the Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been announced.
The Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Azerbaijan awarded a special scholarship, established in honour of the People’s Artist, USSR and Azerbaijan state prizes laureate, film director Rasim Ojagov for a new academic year to a student getting fee-paying education in cameraman specialty of Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts.
According to the press service of the Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a fourth-year student Yusifova Nargiz Sadikh, who distinguished herself in studying and social activities, as well as received awards at different events, was awarded the scholarship named after eminent film director by the decision by the Union’s board.
