July 22 is celebrated as National Press Day in Azerbaijan.
As the press service of the Cinematographers Union of the Azerbaijan Republic reports, this
tradition, founded by Hasan bek Zardabi in 1875, continues to this day. The National Press Day
in our country is another example of the fact that the press, journalists work in Azerbaijan in free
conditions, and they are paid attention and concern by the state.
The Board of Directors of the Cinematographers Union of the Republic of Azerbaijan
congratulates journalists and all representatives of the media on the occasion of the
National Press Day on July 22, and wishes them health and success in their work.
