According to the press service of the Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the main topic of the conference is “Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijan Cinema”. The contributions of the national leader Heydar Aliyev to Azerbaijani cinema and his unprecedented service for the development of Azerbaijani cinema will be spoken about in the conference. In addition, a film dedicated to Heydar Aliyev will also be demonstrated in the event. 

The organizers of the event are the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, State Film Fund, Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Nizami Cinema Center.

The scientific-practical conference will be held at Nizami Cinema Center on May 8, 2018 at 11:00.
